Nice small, contemporary restaurant on Porter Road. Very light and airy feeling. Grab the oysters, which were fairly standard (Henrietta Reds gets my top vote). Also had Crudité and the avocado hummus. Nicely done hummus, btw. Rounded off with the Ricotta Gnocchi. All were nice dishes. Nothing really stood out for me. For dinner, I got the Pork Schnitzle and she got the duck Rilette. Feelings? The atmosphere is great. Excellent service. Good ambiance. But for the price point, I have recently had much better meals. As such, I would rate this more around average on food and bumped up a point for the other elements. Would I go back? I would like to see the brunch at some point and try the coffee people rave about. Outside of that, for the price point, I see better options in the market. YMMV.

during a weekender in nashville my party of 4 stopped in here for lunch this past saturday. there was a 35 min wait but it was soooo worth it. ambiance is simple and cute, nothing extravagant. the service was fantastic. i cannot remember our server's name but she was super attentive and always one step ahead with everything we needed. i tried to order the savory oat bowl but it was out so i opted for the egg bowl on a whim. the bulgur was moist, kale was tender and dressed well, and my eggs were poached perfectly! i also shared the smoked trout toast with a friend and that was really delicious too. i can appreciate a restaurant that serves real food, not grub. their menu is nuanced with quality ingredients that are nutrient dense. i fear that i will crave the egg bowl from here now and that's annoying because i live almost 5 hours away. i plan to come back next time im in nashville!

I'm writing this review about a year after my visit to Cafe Roze, because I'd forgotten the name of it when I tried to recommend it to anyone I heard was going to Nashville! But today doing my taxes, the name appeared. This was a meal that's inspired me all year. I loved the space and the service, but the savory oats undid my every conception of what an oat could do. I've had a few successful attempts at home but can't wait for my next trip to Nashville to have them again.

I love the ambience of this place and the charming friendly staff... I've had breakfast there and it's always amazing and I've had a late night burger there that was stunning. They also have a non-alcohol rosé that's incredible... I kept reading the can to make sure I wasn't getting spiked! I love this spot.

First off the service was excellent from the moment we walked in the door until we left. We were immediately greeted by everyone of the staff with warm welcome or hello. A quaint little restaurant in East Nashville just the perfect little cafe. Our server was spectacular and the food was yummy. We had the country ham toast on a great puce of toasted bread. As well the hard boiled egg BLT add grilled salmon. Oh my both were delicious! Worth the trip and I am sure we will return.

Cafe Roze is an easy favorite! If you're a fan of espresso martinis, this is your place! Hands down the best in Nashville! After you get past the perfect martini, you get to the food. One thing I love about this place is all of their food taste clean. They won't claim to be fresh from the farm but everything definitely taste like it is! The servers are always attentive & nice and communication has always been clear on days that I've came & they were busy. This place is a hidden gem here in Nashville, there's no place like it. Anytime you're solo or in a small group I highly recommend this spot

Cafe Roze is a cute and modern space for coffee, tea, and food. It is located on the corner of an intersection. I didn't see a parking lot but there is plenty of street parking. I dined solo here on a Sunday morning. When I arrived, staff members greeted me and since most of the tables inside were full, I was offered a corner table, the bar, or an outdoor table. I went with the bar. The menu has some interesting items such as Savory Oatmeal and Smoked Trout Toast. I decided on a Roze Latte with Coconut Milk and the Country Ham Toast. The Roze Latte was delicious and came with pretty latte art. The coconut milk added a creamy and nutty flavor. The Country Ham Toast was a thick slice of toast piled high with soft scrambled eggs, thinly sliced prosciutto, and parmesan cheese. Getting a bit of each component makes for the perfect bite. It can be a bit salty with the prosciutto and parmesan, but it was delicious. The soft scrambled eggs were fluffy but not runny. Really enjoyed this dish. Overall, giving Cafe Roze a 5/5. Service was great; all the staff were friendly and helpful. The ambiance is also really nice. It was light and bright with high ceilings. Noise levels were moderate and it is a comfortable space to dine alone. Food is amazing. High recommend for breakfast, brunch, and coffee. Definitely would come back to try other dishes as well as their other menus.

I met up with a friend for breakfast at Cafe Roze, and loved the bright vibes and colorful foods. Even if you're not the biggest breakfast person (which I am not), there's something fun and fresh for everyone on their menu. Coffee is a must here, and if you like honey, you'll love their honey vanilla latte. This is not something that's expressly offered on the menu, but easily crafted with what they have on hand. On a previous visit, I also tried the Roze Latte, which is a bit too floral for my taste, but tasty if you typically go for that sort of thing. For food, I went with their Coconut Yogurt. This is a nice mix of fresh fruit and crunchy granola, and while the yogurt was extra creamy, it didn't taste much like coconut to me. My friend ordered the Egg Bowl, which looked delicious! I look forward to visiting Cafe Roze again soon, and trying some of their lunch and dinner options. This is one of my favorite neighborhood pockets in East Nashville, and I recommend a visit to locals and travellers alike!

My beautiful friend (and Nashville local) J9 took me here. And...everything is beautiful. Beautiful people inside. Beautiful ambiance. Beautiful food. The food is also very unique. Some of my favorite places to eat use vegetables in unique and creative ways (not just salads and sides), and this is one of those places. I got a broccolini sandwich. It was delicous... ...and beautiful.

Found this hidden gem during our visit to Nashville and absolutely loved it. Such a cute spot with great vibes, friendly service, and amazing food. We had the coconut yogurt, avocado toast, smoked trout toast, egg sandwich, roze latte, and turmeric steamer. Everything was a 10/10x. The food arrives quickly and the portion sizes are good. Everything is freshly prepared and tastes incredible. Special mention for the Roze latte, it's a must try. Place is busy so get reservations. Overall had a wonderful experience, highly tec
